Peaks and Valleys

Embrace the rollercoaster, there is no escalator in life.

There is great thrill in being down,

Knowing there is nowhere to go but up;

And all that goes up, gravity will pull down.

The body dies when the heartbeat flatlines,

But survives when dancing around.

Mountain peaks are more beautiful when serving as the backdrop of valleys.

A day spent in sadness is a day better spent than one with no emotion at all.

Suffering holds its own unique energy,

Harness it and use it.

The hero only triumphs after first enduring defeat-

If you skip to the end,

 You will never know how she accomplished her feats.
